Furniture Delivery & Pick Up

Delivery

Jordan’s offers furniture delivery and set up in mainland Nova Scotia and appliance delivery in our local area and take away of the old appliance. Merchandise not in stock (custom orders) will be ordered from the manufacturer with an approximate arrival date. Delivery dates are subject to availability from the manufacturer. In case of delay, we will keep you informed of the status of your order.

In stock merchandise will be delivered on the next available day to your area unless otherwise stated. All deliveries are confirmed the previous day to avoid any unnecessary scheduling. (All scheduled deliveries are subject to weather conditions and scheduling restrictions).

We would ask that you ensure that all walkways are clear prior to delivery for the safety of our delivery personnel and your furniture. We reserve the right to postpone delivery due to unsafe conditions. On the rare occasion that furniture going into your home is a tight fit, we may ask you to approve the attempt to fit your furniture on the understanding that we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur.

Pick Up

If you pick up your purchase, please call at least one day in advance so we may prepare your order. Please bring handling materials (ropes, blankets) with you. Damage incurred by customer’s own transportation is not warranted.
